How much does Christmas light installation cost?
It depends on your home and what you want, since every quote is custom to your property. The biggest factors are the length of roofline or number of lights needed, your roof type (fragile tile roofs take more careful, and sometimes costlier, installation), how the lights need to be mounted, and how many stories your home is. Because everything is all-inclusive, your price also covers season-long maintenance and January removal – nothing gets added on top later. As a rough range: a simple single-story roofline can start around $800, while a full estate package with rooflines, wreaths, garland, and tree wrapping can run $5,000 or more. The best way to get an exact number is a free, no-obligation quote for your specific home.
Can you put up lights that I already own?
We exclusively install our own professional-grade lights – we don’t hang lights you already own. This lets us guarantee the quality and safety of every installation, and it’s what makes our complimentary maintenance possible: if anything goes wrong during the season, even a lighting outage on Christmas Eve, we’ll fix it promptly. That’s a level of service you won’t get from lights installed on a ladder yourself.
Am I buying the lights?
No – and that’s the point. We’re a service, not a lights retailer, so everything stays our property and our responsibility. You get the display without owning the liability: no storage in your garage for eleven months, no replacing bulbs that burn out, no dealing with tangled strands next November. You just enjoy the lights each season and we handle the rest.
What all is included with your professional Christmas lighting service?
Our all-inclusive service is designed to make your holidays easy and hassle-free. Your quote covers:
- Free design: We use our experience to recommend what will look best on your home.
- All lights and materials: We use our own high-quality, commercial-grade lights (typically C9s on rooflines), extension cords, and other materials needed for your display.
- Professional installation: Our team will professionally install everything for you.
- Full warranty: If any lights fall down or stop working throughout the season, just let us know. We’ll fix them for you.
- January removal: We’ll come back in January to take down the lights.
- Off-season storage: Since you’re not buying the lights, you don’t have to worry about storing them.
Everything is included in the price we quote you, with no extra fees or hidden charges.
What if I don’t love the design once it’s installed?
We’ll make it right. If something about the design isn’t quite what you pictured, let us know and we’ll adjust it – minor tweaks and touch-ups are part of the service. And if you’re still not happy after that, just tell us by December 20th and we’ll take the lights down and refund you in full, no hard feelings.

I have a tile roof – how do you install lights without damaging it?
Tile roofs represent the vast majority of our installations, and we’re experts in safely installing Christmas lights without causing damage. We use proven methods like specialized plastic clips, magnetic lights, or securing lights to fascia boards beneath tiles, depending on your home’s architecture.
If walking on your roof is necessary, our trained professionals take extra precautions to protect your tiles. In the rare event any damage occurs, we’ll promptly repair it at no cost to you. Plus, we’re fully insured, ensuring a flawless and worry-free installation.
We specialize in temporary holiday lighting, and don’t install permanent lighting.
Unlike companies that also offer permanent lighting, landscape lighting, or unrelated services like window washing, pressure washing, or solar cleaning, that’s the only thing we do – and we dedicate the entire year to it. We’re not spreading our attention across five different services; we’re experts in exactly one: making your holidays look incredible.
